Virtual reality: Google Expeditions!

On Monday 6th March 2017 Google Expeditions Associate Lucas came to our school to help us run Google Expeditions. This is a new app developed by Google to open up the classroom for an immersive learning experience and a new tool to help us demonstrate our teachings. 

Children from Years 1 -6 had a fantastic learning experience with the app and were able to go on tours with their teacher. There were different experiences such as ocean safari, solar system and even swimming with dolphins! 

We also had Edie from London Live who took snapshots for the media and we were on the news today on Sky 117! Edie said she'll be sending us a link of the video to place on the school website. Keep your eyes peeled!
