PTA Meeting – 2^nd April 2019 at 9:15am

1.Easter Eggstravaganza Event:
 
Positives:
Timings – less hours were good.
Doing jobs the night/evening before was a good idea – meant less work on the Saturday morning.
There was a calm and positive buzz at the event.
The bunnies were a good attraction.
We should have the same event next year.
 
Improvements:
More food and drink next year, we nearly ran out.
Mother’s day stall could have more items next year.
Good amount of money raised
 
2.Summer Spectacular: Date 13^th July 2019.
AA to make tickets
MR to make poster
Items to be purchased for the raffle prices. i.e. Nintendo switches, a bike or a TV or xbox or playstation etc.
Face painting stall would be a good idea.
A henna stall should be done.
We could do a thank you teacher card stall.
 
3.Summer Disco – day to be set. We could sell ice cream, lollies and sell glow sticks too. The timings of 5 – 7pm work well.
 
4.Date of the next PTA to be decided and publicised.
