Reading:
Monday: Choose a book to read.
Tuesday: Discuss main elements of the book.
Wednesday: Look through the book you are reading and write down any interesting adjectives or expanded noun phrases you find in there - UPLOAD WORK.
Thursday: Write a newspaper report about an event or character from the story - UPLOAD WORK.
Friday: Does your book have a ‘blurb?’ Could you write a better one? Have a go at writing a blurb for the story you are reading. Remember not to make it too long! - UPLOAD WORK.

We've noticed that children have not logged in to view the video lessons and upload their work. So we would like you to have a look at the lessons from the last 2 weeks. This week's lessons have also been uploaded.

Monday - Read online about news surrounding schools being open.
Tuesday - Write notes about key headlines around this topic.
Wednesday - Do you agree or disagree with schools being open? Write some key note - UPLOAD WORK.
Thursday - Plan a persuasive letter to the Government asking for schools to remain shut until the new academic year - UPLOAD WORK.
Friday - Write your persuasive letter. Remember to include all of the features that we've learnt at school - UPLOAD WORK.
