devising a monitoring and evaluation schedule which aligns closely with the school improvement plan and the school’s summary of its effectiveness
rigorously monitoring the impact of pupil premium grant and SEND provision so that best use can be made of additional funding
making best use of talented middle leaders to increase leadership capacity
ensuring that Governors hold senior and middle leaders to account for all aspects of provision
Further improve progress in English and Mathematics through:
raising the profile of reading across the school
increasing opportunities for reasoning and problem-solving in mathematics
ensuring that all groups of children make strong progress from their starting points
