On Monday 9th January, Year 3 had an Adventure Day. The children came to school and were dressed up as characters from their favourite adventure stories. Even the adults got involved too. Throughout the day the children read and wrote adventure stories, learned about life at sea, sang sea shanties, and art activities based on Pirates. We also tasted some tropical fruits such as Kiwi fruit, pineapple, oranges and bananas. We had a fun day and are looking forward to writing our adventure stories.
