Prefects Report (2018 – 2019):
- Meetings at lunch times – Fortnightly met with prefects to discuss roles, responsibilities, fundraising and expectations in and out of school.
- Supporting with Friday’s celebration assembly – prefects helped with holding doors for fellow pupils/parents as well as welcoming parents to our school by ensuring they signed in.
- Letters, leaflets etc. – Prefects ensured that letters, leaflets and newsletters were delivered to classes.
- Playtime support – during playtime/lunch time prefect supported other pupils to build positive relationship in the playground.
- Fundraising- Prefects volunteered their time during Easter Extravaganza, Winter Wonderland, bake sale, selling slap bands in order to raise money for school and Children with Cancer Charity.
- Safety- After lunchtime prefects were stationed at KS1 and KS2 stairways to ensure pupils walked up and along the corridors sensibly.
