Dear all,
I hope you are well and had a very good week despite the rain.
This week was another busy one at Downsell. Lots of our children went on sports trips including the Quad Kids trip, a cricket competition and the Mini Tour de Waltham Forest. As I mentioned last week, it is brilliant to see so many of our children involved in borough wide competitions where they are getting active. Well done to 7 of our Year 5 children who took part in the Mini Tour De Waltham Forest today at Leyton Jubilee Park. The children had a fantastic time and came 4th place!
We are looking forward to our Summer Spectacular on Saturday 13th July. We hope that you will be able to support us. We are planning to have the seaside area like we did last year and so tickets are now on sale from the school office. There will be lots of games and a BBQ. We hope that you can put the date in your diary and join us.
