English with a mix of Art and DT

Miss Rahman - 17 Dec 2016

This half term we have been learning all about instructions. For our second piece of instructional writing, we were learning to write instructions for how to make a shooting star christmas tree decoration. After writing our instructions, editing and evaluating, we were so excited to make our decorations. Here are some photos from the making lesson! Mr Chetty said he'll be coming to look at our tree and we can't wait to hear his comments!

Thank you boys and girls for your very special invite. Your Christmas tree is one of a kind. I have never come across a tree with such wonderful shooting stars decorations. Well done for following the instructions so carefully and for being so creative! It seems like you all had fun following the instructions to create your shooting stars. Well done!
Mr Deena Chetty - 20 Dec 2016 - 04:26
You have all concentrated hard on the instructions. Your tree looks amazing!
